Sat for 3 hours waiting for my appointment and then told to reschedule. Absolutely no respect for your time and bad communication. Furious! Then Esther charged me more when I told them that I was upset. Wow! That's really really petty. Will spend money elsewhere.
Just got off the phone with the staff of this location and the ladies are super sweet. Sadie Michelle at the front desk were able to assist and guided me to the vet techs Kayla and Stephanie. They definitely put me to ease with my pup who got nicked due playing with his brother. The staff was able to calm me down and let me know what is needed at the moment. Thank you guys!
Careless money grab as others state. $3,000 in tests and meds only to be given run around about likely diagnosis. Decided to skip the “follow up “ to learn more and went elsewhere. $400 later problem solved. This a factory… not a vet.
Our regular vet had diagnosed our cat with what turned out to be liver cancer and advised us that chemo would not cure him, but he miraculously lived another 3 years. We were giving him steroids for the last 3 months for his end of life care when he suddenly lost control of his bowels and bladder, and no longer had the strength to stand. Second time going to VCA. Have a senior yorkie who had a piece of apple lodged deep in his esophagus and could not breathe. Once again, outstanding and compassionate service from the Front Desk Staff, to the wonderful and caring Technicians, to our ER doc, Dr. Tram Huynh. They were responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. They kept us dialed in to all findings, upcoming procedures, and results. So very thankful for VCA and Dr. Huynh!!
