Do NOT live here! ASK FOR FINANCIALS! No one can sell and is stuck. HOA and assessments will run well over 2k/month - this is due to the community generally falling apart. Guards are frequently absent leaving the gate open most of the day/night, management turns over regularly, no electric cars and service animals are not welcome and are often harassed, despite documented disabilities. Truly a shame what happened to beautiful Arbordeau!
