The team from Arborcraft did a great job of removing over 20 mature boundary trees (20x Pittosporums and 2x Silver Birch) within one day. These trees were over 8 metres tall with significant trunks. The team were responsive, prompt to visit, provided a good value fixed price quote. They were able to schedule the work within 2 weeks. Very impressed with the care & professionalism of the Arborcraft team that today completed pruning of a diseased tree adjacent our home on Garden city reserve Port Melbourne Their process was very considered & careful with an emphasis on safety as well as the pruning outcome. The team know about trees and the best way to look after them. They were safety conscious as they climbed two very tall gum trees to remove any branches that would drop onto my clothes line. They trimmed some smaller trees and bushes to make them healthier. I've used them for years and would recommend them.
Every year my husband and I engage Arborcraft to prune the hedges on our property. The entire Arborcraft team, from quoting to booking a day to the tree pruning, are so lovely to deal with and go out of their way to ensure we are happy with the work completed. I cannot recommend them more highly.
