Management of this park is a friggin' joke. Only here to collect a paycheck, park has gone to Hell since it opened due to mgmnt SELECTIVELY enforcing rules & not addressing tenants needs. Owner very crass, cheap, & greedy.
Management Office and Towing Company have a scam going – Where do I begin with this place? The management office has a scam going on with local towing company. They tell you that you can park in certain designated places, then they have towing company come in and tow your car and split the revenue. So if you are on vacation or something, then you are looking at $250 per day just to get your car back.
