This is a great place to live if you don't mind roaches, mice, poor maintenance and apathetic staff. I had roaches come into my apartment about a year ago and it took a week for them to send out an exterminator. Two weeks ago I had mice come in and I still haven't received so much as a call back letting me know they're working on it.
