I wouldn’t rent from them!! Please listen I was out of town and came back to a flooded apartment and then turned me into claims. I had black mold that they never fixed properly they just painted it because it bleed back through the walls. Management tried to charge me for damages that were there when I moved in and charge or alter my rent lease in the middle of lease. There were no fire alarms just the wire hanging from the ceiling.
