Lived here for 3 years, extremely well maintained property in a good area. The reason I need to knock one star is due to things I think werent completely in their control, but nonetheless I couldn't really ignore. The mailboxes and dumpsters are in very awkward, spots you must walk a long distance to get to. There is also a family in the building across from me that were complete menaces to everyone. I loved Arbor when I first moved in with my partner. It seemed like an ideal place. Quiet, calm, and friendly neighbors. Very beautiful to say the least. I recently experienced safety issues and concerns and the management seemed to not take them very seriously. Looked into my lease and it states that they have no concern for your safety and are not responsible of what happens to you or your family.
