I'm writing this review at 3am because I was woken up by construction to add buildings to my area of the complex, something that should've been told to my wife and myself before we resigned a lease that we would've never signed at $1300 to be woken up at 3am on a Tuesday because of construction (we've been constantly woken up to our unit shaking because of heavy equipment running at all hours of the morning) The sidewalk outside our unit is torn up and the fence that was up was removed giving anyone free access to this part ... read more
Been living her for around 2 years. Everything seemed to be going well; the office communicated and my neighbors were quiet. We signed our lease this March thinking that would continue but without any notice or communication construction started quite literally RIGHT outside our door. 6:30am Mon-Fri heavy machinery starts. It shakes our apartment, wakes our pets and ourselves. They tore up the road outside our front gate and i’ve since gotten my windshield dinged with a piece of gravel so I no longer go that way. If you want to pay 1300$ a month for a 1 bedroom..... to be woken up by construction for new buildings and open your door to heavy machinery 15 feet from said door then go ahead and sign a lease with them. The office knew and gave us no information before signing. Go anywhere else, please.
