My mother has been there for a week. The move in process was very easy. The staff has been very friendly and caring. The food is exceptionally good. The facility is very clean.
My mom moved into Arbor Terrace 7 months ago. She is in the assisted living part with some assistance with showering and dressing. She is mobile with a walker. We have had such a positive experience. It is never easy to move into assisted living for the parent or the child, but Arbor Terrace and their staff have made the transition seamless and very pleasant. Darlene at the front desk is a joy. My mother stayed here after she was hospitalized. The Arbor Terrace team were true professionals, providing a warm, caring and clean environment for my mother. Unbeknown to them, my cousin was a retired cardiac head nurse for a major hospital in TX, and my son is a pharmacist. Both proclaimed this Arbor Terrace facility to be excellent and were impressed with their capabilities and activities. A beautiful facility. No strange smells, clean, well lit and decorated. Residents gathered in multiple areas, all seemed happy and engaged.
