However I see our nursing, engagement, dietary, maintenance and housekeepers working day in and day out (and over night by the way) striving for excellence with our precious residents!

My beautiful mother has lived here over two years and the care she receives has been outstanding. The caregivers are very kind and loving as well as all the staff...from the people who prepare the food to those who help keep everything so clean and smelling so fresh!. Arbor Terrace Ortega took wonderful care of my dear Aunt Francie for the last months of her precious life. Every staff person, with whom I had interaction, was caring and compassionate. I observed numerous activities designed to keep the residents entertained & involved in active ways. I would recommend Arbor Terrace Ortega for a loved one, needing a memory care facility.
