In thinking about what’s important when a loved one needs extra care, I cannot say enough about the staff at Arbor Terrace. We made the decision almost 2 years ago to place Mom in memory care. In her short time there we knew quickly that Mom was loved and cared for by very dedicated people. I moved here recently due to a respiratory condition and needing things a bit easier so I can focus on what I need and want to do. I’m in Independent Living. This has given me what I needed plus more. The Staff are truly caring and that goes for all positions. Having someone cook 3 wonderful meals for me each day is a blessing and they are very accommodating. The place is clean and my studio apartment is cleaned each week. If you want to see your loved one failing then memorycare is the place to accomplish that. However if you care about your loved one and wish to ensure their longevity then seek another facility as the director of memorycare and the upper management at the facility is only concerned about superficial appearances. Looking for a place for our 93 year old neighbor. Nicole was thorough when taking the tour. She was also very knowledgeable when answering our questions. It is a good fit for our neighbor, and I would highly recommend Arbor Terrace!
