Arbor Terrace is an excellent facility for people with Dementia. The staff is a group of very caring, dedicated, and concerned people. I have observed how nicely they treat the residents as if they are a member of their family. The engagement activities appear to be very stimulating with most of the residents actively involved. I was really sad, though, they didn't accept my Uncle as a resident, nor myself as an employee : ( I'd still recommend.
This is not an easy job. All the staff at Arbor Terrace are wonderful people! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do for my Mom. The staff does their best to engage each and every resident in activities daily. Everything is always clean and picked up. Thank you.
I love working here, everyone cares about one another. If you're looking for dementia care, this is the right place.
The Arbor way is how every company should act! Each gem level is specially cared for by Kind, helpful and well trained staff. I was very impressed with the overall design of the building. The courtyards and gardens are beautiful.
