We had a very negative experience with Warren A. Miller and Arbor Tech Services/Desert Arborist Services. Mr. Miller came out to assess our Palo Verde tree which had been horribly cut in error while we were away on a vacation. We paid his standard $200 consultation fee. It took another three weeks before he provided a job estimate proposal. Although the proposal seemed expensive, we accepted the proposal on April 14. He recently came out to look at a few trees. He was able to immediately identify the problem and discuss how to resolve it. He even offered to walk to the rest of the property and look at everything else, all while providing feedback on other potential issues and providing guidance on how best to care for the plants. He set up a treatment schedule for my ficus tree and the costs are very reasonable imo. His honesty and respect was the best part of working with him. Highly recommend.
