This nursing home deserves the rating they currently have, but actually deserve a zero. There are times when loved ones can't tell you if they're hungry or thirsty, or in pain;they rely on those that are trained and paid to assist them. So I'll just continue to advocate to those that can get thos taken care of.
This nursing home deserve the rating they currently have, but actually deserve a 0. My dad gas lost weight, he has dementia; due to staff not trying to take time to feed him, nor do they give him anything to drink. It appears they haven't had an inspection 4 years, but that is about to change.
My 83-year old mother came to Arbor Springs rehab after surgery. I cannot say enough good about the quality of care and professionalism we have experienced from the very top down: 1) the DON is always a step ahead—anticipating every need and making sure nothing has surprised us regarding my mom’s condition; 2) the physical therapists seem to know just how much to push my mom on her good days; and 3) the CNAs treat her with such gentleness and love, like she is their mother. Do NOT send your loved ones here. My grandmother was sent here for rehab and literally got bed bugs from this place. BED BUGS y’all. Also, she has celiac and was supposed to have all gluten free meals and was served gluten the entire time she was there. Your loved one is better off going home than being placed here.
