Was not a friendly call at first. All happy pictures are taken with his mom. He was rude and unreceptive. Do not go here. Sonething very off.
My Aunt was at a resident at Arbor Rose for 6 months in 2023. My family raved about how wonderful the staff were. The added bonus was Owner and RN Steve Andrews, who was involved with patient care. My Sister and her husband are now moving her husband's mother in. The staff are specialized in Dementia which will be a big bonus.
My mother passed 3 days ago at SHMC after being in the care of Arbor Rose since May 2023. She was abruptly removed from another Spokane Retirement Community by my sister where she lived happily for over 6 years. She experienced a health incident 3 weeks ago. After three weeks of non-interaction by Arbor Rose my brother drove to Spokane on 2/6/24.She was admitted that day to the hospital and died 5 days later. My brother and I are heartbroken.
My mother was a resident at Arbor Rose and just passed away a few weeks ago. The staff there was professional, kind and caring with my mom, and an emotional support for me. Thank you. I love you all!
My mother just passed away here, and the genuine care that Arbor rose provided her was nothing short of loving. Were so blessed our father is still in their care.
