I'd never recommend this squad for any emergency. The crew I've had twice to my home has had the most incompetent EMTs. I wonder how they've been certified. After 2 abysmal interaction with their crew I've been interacting with their fb account manager via messenger relaying my concern. I was promised someone will review and get back to me and it's been more than 2 months and now these guys dont even respond to my messages. This comes from another EMT. -Went to mva broken glass and bent metal everywhere. Not a scratch - Standby during hurricane sandy,50 mph winds, fallen trees and downed powerlines everywhere during response, even exited vehicle to move obstruction to clear road for ambulance, still alive -Gets papercut writing patient care report. Would do again. 5/5
