These ppl don't answer their phone nor messages. They don't even call you back. I called and called for a month and not once did I get a call or txt, no email messages. They just never got back with me. They are liars. I called for a month and I my call and messages went unanswered. So, I went in to the office to ask why. I was told by the rude receptionist he's refusing my care. Think twice before using this slack office. You would be better elsewhere, and your concerns looked at much faster and care elsewhere.

Dr. Varughese truly cares about his patients! Front desk and nurses are friendly and sensitive to patient’s needs!

Normally i don’t leave reviews but after my encounter this evening with the wonderful receptionist who basically told me that I’m not the only patient and my need for the medication was not important i said why not. I’ve been coming here since 2017, been on the same meds since then. Only received them from Dr V, who might i add is amazing. Always friendly & always answers any questions I’ve had while in office. Always nice and accommodating. He listens and allows me the opportunity to try new things to find the best fit for me. It’s easy to get an appointment and he doesn’t rush through my visit. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, transparent and willing to share tips and information from their life experiences. He’s been my doctor for years.
