Entire staff of Arbor Place was fantastic and thorough. Would definitely go back. Constructive criticism is that my script was handed off to the front (LensCrafters). I wasn’t sure if they were in network, while they checked, I browsed and saw the frames were two to three times the price at Costco. When I said I just wanted a copy of my script and I was going to compare to Costco, I was told that they already filed an approval with my insurance so I might not be able to fill it anywhere else. Overall, my eye exam went well and I was able to be fitted for contacts. It was a very smooth, quick experience and everyone was welcoming as I was a new client who moved to the area recently! I would recommend to others who are looking for a new optometrist
The office staff is friendly and very helpful. The eye doctor was pleasant and took the time to go over my conditions and eye issues.
