Kasey Roof is wonderful!
We’ve seen NP Kasey Roof twice now — once for our newborn visit and once for our two week follow up — and could not love her more! We have a 3 year old, as well, and recently moved from the north Dallas area. Our toddler has been a patient at two offices in north Dallas, and I’ve never loved any of our pediatricians, even though they’ve come highly recommended. Arbor is very efficient and pleasant. Dr A and her staff aim to please when asking for last minute appointments, vaccination records or help with questions.
We absolutely love everyone at this office! The entire staff is kind, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. We had our four-year-old’s well visit today with NP Kasey, and she was fantastic—as always. She’s incredibly positive, enthusiastic, and thorough. She takes the time to answer all our questions while keeping the visit smooth and efficient, never making us feel rushed. We’re so grateful to have such a wonderful care team!
I’m really saddened to learn that Arbor Pediatrics doesn’t accept Medicaid. I just found out that my daughter’s doctor, Kasey Roof, moved offices. We’ve been seeing her since my daughter was born she’s about to turn 3 and I’m heartbroken that we can’t continue care with her, as I’m unable to pay out of pocket. I hope this message somehow reaches her: I genuinely appreciated the way she cared for her patients and made them feel safe and comfortable. My daughter absolutely loved her.
