We had our first appointment with Kasey (NP) today. We came from Cook Children's and I was not satisfied with how their system was working or with my childs previous physician there. Kasey was outgoing, fun, understanding to both the patient and myself. I could tell that she actually cared about my child's mental AND physical well-being and I didnt feel rushed which means a great deal to me!! I look forward to working with Kasey to ensure the best health for my child.
Dr.A is the best, she gives you all the time you need to talk through questions or concerns. She really cares about the kids she sees. We are so happy we chose her as our kids doctor!
We have loved both the Dr and PA at Arbor for our baby. They’ve always been responsive to questions/concerns as a first time mom and easy to get appointments scheduled.
Dr. A is honestly so incredible. As a first time mom, she’s so patient with our questions and we really feel that we can trust her advice. For how well she takes care of her patients, very rarely do I find that she’s running behind or there’s a long wait (it doesn’t seem like she overbooks). As soon as you arrive, you go into a room so you don’t worry about your kids potentially getting sick in the waiting area. I tell everyone about her and I feel so grateful that we found her.
