Rubi has been our property manager for some time now , she has done a great job at taking care of the property and the needs of tenants. We have gone through a couple of property managers since we have lived there , Rubi has done a fantastic job and it’s really nice to be able to see the same face every time we head to the office or see her on the property, Jose has been apart of our community and has tended to the property needs to the best of his abilities. I currently live at Arbor Park Apartments and I’ve had an excellent experience. 🤩 The manager, Rubi, is very kind, professional, and consistently shows a high level of professionalism. She has helped me throughout the entire process and has always been very attentive whenever I had questions, explaining everything clearly and patiently. Lived here for almost 2 years not bad for me and my family to have our own apartment. Thank u Rubi for always being an amazing manager it’s been very pleasant!!
I’ve really enjoyed living at Arbor Park. The manager is nice and always helpful, and maintenance gets things fixed pretty quick. The property is clean and quiet, and I feel comfortable here. Overall, it’s been a good place to live and I’d totally recommend it.
