I have a finished apartment in my basement that was paneled in dark paneling. I wanted to replace it but after talking with John decided to paint instead. John did a wonderful job painting. it was a big project but well worth it as the end results are beautiful. I highly recommend John Bernard!
I highly recommend John Bernard and Arbor Painting and Decorating. John painted and hung wallpaper in several rooms in my 1905 Sears House, including skim coating the plaster walls in the dining room. Many people remarked on his craftsmanship and attention to detail.
John is a top-notch guy, you won't be disappointed.
Excellent painter with attention to detail. Unfortunately not competent in handling larger and more in depth projects. Instead of normal quote as given by most professionals, John charged me hourly rate and was VERY slow. After 3 plus months of working on one project, a kitchen...which was not finished and 12K later, I had to let him go.
