The employees and administrators very unprofessional, no communication or team work!
I would like to clarify the phone and visiting policy. They encourage phone calls and visiting and we have a wonderful time visiting my mother and her “horse”. I never expected to find such a suitable place for my independent and animal loving mother. My brother and other visitors are astonished at how radiant she looks. She is thriving and positively radiant under the skilled care of the kind staff. I highly recommend this facility.
