This practice and set of providers has to be the best in the area! You know you’re in great hands when several friends and neighbors each individually recommended this team, but also numerous hospital labor and delivery nurses said they’re patients here, too. After being a patient there multiple years, it’s clear to me why. Dr. Gray and Dr. Alvarez have been exceptional—knowledgeable, consultative, and caring—but all of the MDs and NPs on the entire staff have seemed wonderful. Would recommend without a doubt.
Customer service on the phone is terrible. They truly do not care about the patient. It’s all about standard operating procedures.
Rachel Runkle is amazing. One of the best experiences medically I've had. Her attentiveness, wealth of knowledge and professionalism are above and beyond. She truly listens and seems to care. I never feel rushed and I leave feeling heard and understood (and encouraged!!) I drive over an hour to these appointments and would drive even further if I had to. Terrible first impression. I just called to try to set up a new patient appointment. The woman who answered the phone told me that I could not make an appointment of any kind until I graduated from my fertility clinic. She also said that, even after graduation, I had to send in my medical records, wait for review, and only then would it possible for Arbor to accept me as a patient -- a process which could take weeks. I am consistently receiving the best care at Arbor! The staff is knowledgable, helpful, friendly, caring, communicative, and timely. I see Elizabeth McGrath and I feel so comfortable and heard by her! She is ready to listen and offers medical advice and knowledge based on MY personal experiences, something you don't see often. She is person first and I truly trust her with my care. I will never go to another gynecologist. Arbor has truly made going to the doctor an educational, wonderful, and smooth experience.
