I had waited to write this review until my wife of 44 years had been there for awhile, over a year now. It was our third facility, the first was horrendous and the second was a good facility but we left during COVID. My wife has an aggressive form of dementia (FTD). If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for like family, this is it! The care and compassion starts at the top with Executive Director Kelly O’Sullivan and runs through the entire staff. My mom has lived in AO for 2 years and we can rest easy knowing she is safe. They have lots of activities and entertainment to keep life interesting for her and her apartment is very nice. We looked at several places and this one felt like home! Thanks to all the AO staff for your kindness to mom and our family.
My parents recently moved into Arbor Oaks at Tyrone and we have found there is a long list of positives in a very short time. The care and hard work of all the staff is exceptional!
