Lobby and outside look nice. Rooms are dismal. Some great and not so great staff. Food is good sometimes. The things they can’t do confounded me for a nursing home. For example; they sent me back to the ER because I was constipated. ER sent me back with a bottle of magnesium citrate, which worked. Why doesn’t the Manor have magnesium citrate? I had a UTI but they couldn’t test urine or give medicine.
He'd a meeting, was canceled - Covid breakout.
My wife Sue spent 2 weeks at Arbor Manor, and every single CNA, Nurse, Doctor and Physical Therapist was the best we could have ever hoped for. If the need should ever arise, we'll be going back. Thanks to everyone.
