Reviews were asked for on fb and here we go with one- the lack of training is absolutely evident when new cleaners are coming often and have no idea what to do let alone how to do it to the customers standards. I’ve had several cleaners in, to clean that have never laid eyes on my home before. Seemed confused and cleans just aren’t consistent because of this. I've used Arbor Maid multiple times now to deep clean my home. They are always punctual and their work speaks for itself. The cleaners are always kind and attentive to my needs and request. I would definently recommend using this service!
This company was amazing in the beginning but the turn over rate is showing. It takes from the quality of work along with time management as the person is spending time finding things vs actually cleaning. People who’ve never been to my home show up to clean but haven’t a clue what to do or where to begin. It’s become so frequent and the communication has dwindled.
