I booked my car in as there had been a knocking/rattling coming from it for quite some time! Dropped my car off at 9 and received a call telling me exactly what the issues was and how much it would cost. The work was completed by 2pm and when my husband collected it, he was told about other small issues that they’d sorted without charge. Brilliant communication, service and all very friendly.
Paid £310 for a “full service” — poor communication, broken promises, and unfinished work I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Arbor Lane Garage. Good friendly and honest work team
My car had a battery light appear whilst driving, drove straight in and they located the issue without me calling ahead. Told me to leave the car with them and the part was ordered there and then, car fixed 3 hours later. Tremendous garage, lovely staff. Won’t go anywhere else. Been going for MOTS/services for 18 months already.
