1) The administrator Jen does not return calls. My mother in law has been a resident of Arbor Landing since October 2025. We could not have made a better decision. She is very content there and gets great care. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and cozy. Andrea Tehan was very helpful to me getting Ruth moved in. Price is very reasonable. I would recommend Arbor Landing for a person needing long term care.
My older sister was a customer of this facility in Pawleys Island memory care unit. Don’t ever leave your loved ones there. Care for her was just pathetic! I was hospitalized for 8 weeks this past summer for a medical condition and the facility assured me they would keep a close eye on her while I was rehabilitating. Long story short, she lost 25 pounds in the 44 days I was away. She was totally neglected. If she told them she wasn’t hungry, they let her go without eating. All of the staff are very pleasant and took exceptional care of my father-in-law during his time there. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Lots of activities for residents each day and great meal options all day!
