Based on our family’s experience, we cannot recommend this facility. We had several concerns about the care and supervision provided to our loved one in the memory-care unit. We personally observed him being served dinner without water or another beverage on three separate occasions. We also found him sleeping at night without sheets on his bed. The staff is caring and attentive.
Arbor Landing Pawleys is such a beautiful community. Thank you to Andrea for my recent tour. She didn’t leave out a single detail regarding this gorgeous place. The residents I encountered were all happy, the staff was very friendly and the food smelled amazing. If you’re looking for a senior living solution go take a tour. You’ll be glad you did!
Not a nice place
1) The administrator Jen does not return calls. Please think twice before putting your love one in a facility when no return calls…………..2 separate reviews……. 2) Today is May 7th had to reopen to add more on to this review from my previous. Jen finally called me and stayed she’s been trying to call me and left a voicemail. I stated that I never received message nor did she try to text me nor to return call.
