Excuse after excuse for not showing up on time, person for the estimate was late. Gave a second chance and scheduled service, late again, no notice, had to call, another hour later finally found out they were running behind, the kicker, could not reschedule for 10 days past my original SCHEDULED appointment. Zero stars is too generous, negative would be more appropriate.
