We have had a very positive experience with Arbor House. My 98-year-old mother moved in January 2026 after suffering a broken hip from a fall. At the time, she was in a wheelchair and unable to care for herself. Thanks to the staff’s consistent attention to her medications, dedicated physical therapy, and regular check-ins every two hours around the clock, she has made remarkable progress. Our mother was only able to stay a short time since she was very sick and needed extra care—enough that we were asked to take her out of another assisted living nearby only 6 weeks before she passed. We could not have asked for more caring and considerate treatment of my mother. She had all kinds of complications that were time-consuming for the staff. Arbor House quickly became home for my ninety five year old mom! She loves the staff and the many activities keep her engaged throughout the week! I feel so thankful for a caring, providing staff! They give excellent care and are proactive in taking care of mom’s every need. What a blessing Arbor House is to our family!
My grandmother has been a resident at Arbor House for almost 3 years now, and I couldn't be happier to see the care and comfort she has received there. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. My grandmother is well cared for and genuinely happy.
