Arbor House in Midwest City, OK took very good care of my Mother the last 9 months of her life. My Mother became very attached to all of the staffing at this facility. She was treated with dignity and compassion from the time she moved in until her final breath. Our family always trusted the staff with Mom’s care and accommodated any request we made. We would definitely recommend this facility for a family member.
My grandpa lived at Arbor House for 2.5 years. Unfortunately, after Legends took over, the quality of care, the standards for staff, and the safety and overall well-being of the residents suffered severely. With Arbor House under the management of director Cara Northcutt and her supervisor, Christy Gilmore, proficient leadership lacked at the expense of the residents and their families.
