The front desk staff were helpful and friendly! Dr Acosta showed little to no interest whatsoever in being helpful in anyway. She appeared altogether uncaring. She clearly lacks knowledge about the gut Microbiome. She lacked interest in lifestyle habits that would impact one’s health. We found this shocking and cautionary. It was an enormous waste of our time, and made us feel worse than we felt when we arrived. My visit at Morton Arbor Health rapid care was excellent. I was sick with a bad respiratory infection and they fixed me right up. They were so kind and helpful and surprisingly fast. It was also my birthday, lol, the amazing care and kindness I received made it easier to be so miserable sick . Happy to say They fixed me up and I'm all better. I have, and will continue to recomend them to all my family and friends in the future. 5 stars.!
Not impressed with PA doctor. She didn't even look at the issue, no tests etc..Receptionist was wonderful. Ended up going to emergency room next day. Who were wonderful and took lots of test. They wanted to figure out what was wrong. Will never go to rapid care again, if needed go to emergency room
Staff are friendly and caring! Fast service! Very helpful! Would recommend!
