I asked for burgendy red, I came out with black and blue hair. I was very upset. When I told the girl she screwed up my hair she says to move to the other chair and wait for the manager. She asked me to move because she had to tend to her next client. Then they tell me they can't fix my hair because they have a office get together they are preparing for. Definitely do not recommend this place.
I personally get my hair done by Jessica. She is definitely the main reason I come here- but speaking on Arbor. Extremely welcoming EVERYTIME I come to get my hair cut. The waiting area is always clean neat and just a really modern style. It feels extreamly prim and proper... in a great way! If you are looking for professionals this might be a great fit for you.
