The places is disgustingly dirty, people smoking in the hallways, takes forever for anything to get fixed, completed full of ants and just a overall not good experience to live here

The building is infested with ants, have yet to have any solution to that since we complained about it months ago when we found out we were not informed of the issue and then told oops sorry we forgot to tell you.. Everything was dirty, in that apartment I wiped the wall with a clean cloth and it came out SUPER dirty, the place was not cleaned properly at all, there was dust everywhere too, there were ants everywhere inside the apartment, coming out of the outlets and from under the stove..

The apartment was not very clean. Floors we dirty and left my feet black. Cupboards were dirty and all had to be wiped down before I could put dishes or towers. AC we very dusty so I had to take the plastic cover off and clean it. Oven fan was greasy and had a built up yellow substance on the fan and near the lightbulb. I still don’t know what my parking spot is because the move in agents won’t respond to my phone calls so I’m parking wherever for now. Blinds in the bedroom and window sill was very dusty too.
