Tried to apply for a loan with the loan officer and it's been 2 weeks since she has gotten our paperwork and still doesn't have any information for us and won't return any messages. One week after having all of our information she emailed us asking if we were still interested. When i told her we sent it all in a week ago she said shes been out for a few days and hasnt gotten to it yet. Well another week out and still no contact back after multiple attempts to contact her. Don't recommend.
