Dr. Zarek and her team are fantastic! We were searching for additional support along with IVF- specifically ovarian PRP and this was a service she offered. After consulting with Dr. Zarek, we ended up going straight to IVF. I love the transparent pricing on the website so we knew how much we needed to do the therapies as we are cash pay. I have nothing but great things to say about Arbor Fertility! From the person who scheduled me, the nurse/assistant, & Dr Zarek. They all treated me with kindness and respect, and were very professional. They made sure I was prepared, and went over everything I should expect. Super sweet ladies. I’m thankful I found them, and I would HIGHLY recommend them.
We had a very positive experience with this fertility clinic and are incredibly grateful, as it has led to a successful pregnancy thus far. The quality of clinical care here is second to none. Dr. Zarek and her nurses are fantastic. I wish I could continue utilizing the clinic, however the billing practices and billing team both make it unsustainable for me personally. If you have the federal employee BCBS and elect for IUI or IVF you will be charged extra . Be prepared for an extra $471 for IUI and $3500 for IVF on top of your coinsurance.
