Hands down the best clinic around!! Switched to Arbor from a different clinic in STL and so incredibly happy we made the switch! Dr.Zarek is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate and every member of her staff is just as amazing. You are never made to feel like you’re annoying them by asking questions or sending portal messages. So extremely thankful they gave us our baby boy!!🫶🏻💙🫶🏻 We will absolutely be back for baby #2!

Had great experiences with this clinic getting my tubes + uterus flushed out and just so happened to get pregnant immediately after! They were also able to get me in for an early viability scan when other clinics weren't to confirm the baby was ok. Highly recommend this clinic!
Dr. Zarek is one of the greatest as well as her Columbia team. We now have a precious little boy to show for her experience and expertise. From bedside manner, consoling through hard times, and professional etiquette with procedures - I could not have asked for a better quality of care.
Such a wonderful office and staff! From the environment, to patient care, they are the best! I only wish I could see them through my entire pregnancy! I’ve struggled with infertility and miscarriage for over a decade and with the help of the wonderful Dr. Zarek, Morgan and the other staff, I was pregnant within 2 months of meeting them! 💗🥹 I wish I had gone to see them sooner!
