If I could give zero stars I would. We’ve been with this PCP for nearly 5 years simply due to convenience. I’m disappointed EVERY TIME I have any interaction with them. It’s impossible to get an appointment with them, they are unresponsive, have little empathy and zero compassion. We had to wait a week to get in for a routine physical/ yearly check for a child and the last 4 times we have called for strep throat they are unable to schedule us until the following day. My doctor won’t call me back. I complained of heart palpitations and was supposed to get some sort of heart monitor and no one has ever called me back. I left messages, filled out their survey, sent refill requests from the pharmacy and NO RESPONSE.
My doctor won’t call me back. I complained of heart palpitations and was supposed to get some sort of heart monitor and no one has ever called me back. I left messages, filled out their survey, sent refill requests from the pharmacy and NO RESPONSE.
I am very disappointed with the lack of communication...I have left messages on the MA phone and never a call back. This is my health and should be confident that my concerns will be addressed and that has not been the case.
The front desk needs to inform patients that there's construction on East 104th Ave to allow an extra than 10 minutes more. Before appointment. Also the front desk seemed to have their nose up in the at patients.
