Had a job booked in, had a mechanic failure or something, took him a few hours to let us know, even know we were booked for 830am….. Said he’d get back to me regarding a new date. Never did. It’s been a month. I enjoy also wasting my time taking a day off to make sure to be home. But not to have no communication since. No thanks

Brett and his team were so professional when they trimmed my tree today. They had to remove a fence panel to access the side block of land and removed the tree branches out that way and replaced it better than it was. Very easy to deal with and got the job done with no trace left behind. I highly recommend Arbour Culture for their prompt quoting and prompt job arrival. Couldn't be happier.

Very impressed with Brett and his team. Removed three large gum trees and trimmed another. The one over the top of my house was professionally removed without fuss or damage. Well priced, punctual, safe work practices, polite and left areas clean and tidy.
