I’m new to CrossFit and Arbor has been a wonderful starting place. Coach Eric is knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging! The members are welcoming and supportive. Glad we have a resource like Arbor in our community. Thank you!
Clean gym, great programming and coaches! Enjoyed my drop in tremendously.
Dropped in from Texas for the 9am class. The Gym is top of the line! Very open and spacious and has every piece of equipment you need. Parking is easy and plenty of space. Everyone was super welcoming. The coaches and owner were super helpful and did a great job coaching the classes! I was also able to buy shirts and got some stickers! Can’t wait to drop back in, in the future!
