I have had an awesome experience with Arbor Crest! Lisa Harris is the Best! She was professional, flexible, informed, and simply great to work with on all the details. My new apartment was spotless. Great closets and a beautiful kitchen and bath. Even my finicky felines approve of our new home! I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the market for a place. I don’t usually get up here and write a review but because I have not received my deposit back and it’s been two months and I can’t understand what’s the problem. I want my deposit money back the same way you want your rent money one time.
I dont usually write reviews but I have to this time. I recently was moving after 26 yrs and much trepidation. I had the pleasure of working with agent Lisa Harris. I told her what I wanted, newer amenities, a safe, quiet environment to retire to. And let me tell you this young lady did her thing. She worked tirelessly for me, answering every email, phone calls, etc. She not only found me that place but she found me a HOME. Living at Arbor Crest apartments has been a wonderful experience. The manager is fantastic and the maintenance staff is excellent. I would highly recommend these apartments to any one.
I am writing this review to share the excellent customer service experience we’ve had with the property manager at Arbor Crest. Lisa has been incredibly helpful; she demonstrates outstanding customer service skills, stays organized, communicates clearly, and always follows up within a reasonable time.
