Christina Garcia does therapy in bed in pajamas
I have severe depression and was referred to this place (specifically for light therapy by my prescriber) I called and the woman who answered said “we do not have anyone here who does emdr” with no further information basically telling me to kick rocks. No other suggestions, nothing. I said ok thanks and she hung up. So incredibly rude especially when depression can be so bad it’s a big step to find these places yourself.
I have seen Clarè as my therapist for 2 years. She has helped me work through so much trauma and life issues. She listens , helps you rationalize your decisions , and helps you work through them. At first I didn’t think therapy wasn’t or didn’t work for me.. but here I am 2 years in & I can say that she has helped me become a better person inside and out. So great full that I am able to see her & always look forward to our appointments ❤️
Sandy Derkes was a great therapist!! She helped me work through somethings. That were not part of what I needed to. Work through at the time. Since seeing her last I’ve gotten to the point I’m finally ready to move forward.
