We recently had Arbor Care Tree Services out to our house for some fall pruning and could not be happier with the outcome. We had an on-site quote within days. Don't bother with this company. The owner Don is either unwilling or unable to return even a simple phone call or to set a schedule for the arranged work. After numerous calls (to which he did not reply) to find out why the work had not been done in the time frame he promised, he finally said, "it is very difficult to manage my crew of 8 workers."
