HOA budget is insufficient. I expect a special assessment in 2023 >$1,000 will need to be charged and, maybe, at least 10% increase in dues, because reserves has been spent faster and more than projected by 2015 Capital Report. HOA recreation amenities are in a flood plain, which impacts the maintenance costs. There is no cost cutting announced. Inflation and interest rates are highly underestimated.
Pretty pool, new pool area and kids pool. I miss having the kids pool fenced in. It’s so much easier on moms when they are fenced in.
Love our neighborhood! Awesome swim/tennis and great playground for kids of all ages 😊
Great place for a nap at the pool. Unless you're not a neighbor.
