12/8:2025, edit Arbor breeze is not answering messages and their phone simply disconnects after one or two rings. This has been going on for a few weeks at least. I hope Terrance is ok. This is my first time using Arbor Breeze and I will be a returning customer! I woke up to no heat and they were here by 10am with the heat back on not too much later. I appreciate their quick and good work.
I was hired to do a small job for Terrance in Ann Arbor on November 1st of last year. He needed a step built so he could run a 4” drier vent through it. This job needed to be done on a particular day at a particular time. We agreed on a cost and I provided both the labor and materials and did the job to his satisfaction. Terrance was awesome and helped us better understand our HVAC system and was able to figure out the electrical issues we were having. And Kaitlin was great with communicating with us. We will be contacting them again if we have other issues in the future! We highly recommend.
