The owner made it easy to set up an initial consult and spent over an hour with me, figuring out what we wanted to do, showing me how to prune some trees that I wanted to do myself, and providing a free written estimate. He followed up with an incredibly detailed email, listing everything we discussed with prices for each tree (should I only wish to do some of it), and he had his crew out in less than a week to do the job.
