Yoba is the MOST unprofessional and sorry excuse of a customer service rep..She hung up on me twice when I tried to explain that their company vehicle was at a house that didn't require service and had no call into them..Reported company to the police due to them being on some shady time and at a residence that needs no help from them and also is a seasonal residents home whom I notified and let me know that they did not call them..Hope that worker gets caught in the act and goes to jail and my neighbor sues the company..And... read more
