Dr. Arbitter and the entire team were absolutely amazing with our dog, Gage. Having your dog neutered can make any owner a little anxious, but Dr. Arbiter’s staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely at ease. The procedure went smoothly, and Gage is recovering better than we expected. You can tell Dr. Arbitter and staff (especially Madison) genuinely cares about the animals and treats them like their own. I love Dr Arbitter, but his staff up front are horrible! I was told last week when i had my 4lb senior chi in there if she gets worse too call and let him know. We'll today i call and call because they take a 2 hour lunch break told them she's thrown up about 5 times she has congestive heart failure and she's blind and deaf. They said we can see her Thursday. Hmm she will be dead by then because today is Tues. I was also told they couldn't work her in because they are double booked. I took my Maggie in yesterday because she had an ear infection for the past few days and she wasn’t herself at all. My neighbor recommended Dr. Arbitter since I was new to the area and didn’t really know where to go. They took her in quickly as we were walk ins. They had to keep her overnight and I picked her up this morning. She looks as if she’s back to her old self, like she’s been brought back to life! The entire staff was amazing and just loved on my girl! I am so thankful for them!
Wonderful Veterinarian, very knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. Highly recommend.
