This Dr's conduct was very concerning. I went for IBS, and within 10 questions he told me I need to take a mood stabilizer because I'm not taking anything for anxiety, on my first visit. I don't know if he is incompetent or malicious, but you don't recommend something serious serious like that off the bat. Reading the comments, others have had this experience as well. I think he was great! Kind and professional. I was in and out of the procedure in 20 mins. This was my fifth procedure, my last doc retired.
As other patients have stated, very rude and unprofessional. Will resort to gaslighting and belittling you by suggesting you “should see a psychiatrist” and that “your concerns are all in your head.” He gives lazy/generic answers and is unwilling to work with you to determine the root cause of your ailment. I went to suffering from several problems he dismissed everything had colonoscopy and found out have diverticulitis, was handed a piece of paper telling me about it.. really.. all my other problems still bothering me. Very unprofessional.. if he couldn’t help me he should of recommended a different doctor.. so now going to different doctor and confident I will get answers and help.
Wonderful doctor! Both Dr. Kumar and the NP are super caring, thorough and don’t stop until they find answers for you. I won’t go anywhere else. My husband also goes here and has the same opinion about the practice as I do. You won’t be disappointed when you allow Dr. Kumar to become your gastrointestinal.
