Worst insurance company ever
Rep very helpful by email and phone in processing claim, coordinating adjuster, and paying body shop.
Only had the best of experiences when you need them , they are there and that's about all you can ask from an insurance company.
Joe Batchell the "manager" in claims went as far as calling me a joke when I was asking what could be done for me as far as a rental car for my vehicle being illegally towed, falling off of the truck and getting hit my a moving car behind it. He says that there is nothing that he can do and is beyond RUDE. Would never recommend anyone because of him. Wish I could give less than 1 star...
