Pretty sure I’ll think about contact local news about this: it was the worse experience for me, i felt my adjuster (Delores Hale) was attacking me instead of helping me and ill explain why: she called me initially once and i wasn't able to answer then i call her 5 minutes later and then more then 10 times during 2 weeks and she never reach me, then one day i contact a supervisor of her and then she finally contact me, she send me her email to contact her and a chat that way was supposed to make it easier, but it was the oppo... read more
Every time I call the customer service for Arbella, (specifically anyone from Quincy office) I continually have a good experience and this time was no different. Liz was so cheerful, helpful, even went above and beyond to transfer me to my outside insurance agency. She answered all my questions thoroughly and with the utmost patience and kindness.
