This is a completely unreliable and frustrating insurance company. Their customer service is unhelpful, and they make it nearly impossible to get clear answers or fair treatment. I had an extremely negative experience , it feels like they look for every possible excuse not to honor their commitments. Be very careful when dealing with them, as they seem more interested in taking your money than actually providing coverage or assistance when you need it most. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

I’ve been a customer of them for 20 years. Their premium was going up every year. Decided to cancel their policy (too late; I would have saved some money). They holded over $300 more than what I’ve expected. Please read below if you will cancel their policy, and you should do it, to save money: “If the policy is cancelled, the amount of your refund will be determined. by a pro rata table based on the number of days the policy was in effect. Had renters isnruance one year. I called and cancelled plan. They kept calling to ask why I was cancelled. I ignored them and they sent a $51 bill to collections. Absolutely despicable company.

Stay Away from Arbella Auto Insurance – Worst Experience Ever Whatever you do, please stay far away from Arbella Auto Insurance. They are hands down the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Here's my experience: Someone hit my vehicle while it was parked. I called Arbella to file a claim, and they immediately denied it. They then told me to resubmit the claim, which I did.
