I called for s friend they said too busy to take a new case
If there was a no star available I would definitely select that option. As an establishment that is supposed to help their customers who seek legal counsel at their worst moment. You would think that the communication would be stellar, well it wasn’t. The sense of urgency they had was not there, and frankly I will not recommend this to anyone. I saw bad reviews about bad communication, but chose to ignore because perhaps those were disgruntled customers who didn’t get their way. Absolutely not! The communication is terrible.
The Arbat team is very helpful and persistent with my habitability case, my wife and myself are grateful to have come across this elite team of knowledgeable individuals that do their job with confidence and loyalty. My family feels like they're in the righthands and also feel protected which gives me relief and hope. Thank you Arbat team for making us feel like family.
